I love animals. I began pet-sitting when I lived in Colorado (1986-2001) when a friend asked if I would stay in her home to care for her dog while she was out of town. Of course I said "Yes"! My friend began referring me to her friends and their friends to their friends, etc. I've offered my services wherever I've lived (Colorado to California to West Virginia to New Mexico to Arizona) and always received positive feedback and referrals. Mostly what I do are overnights, staying in client homes so their pets do not need to go to an unfamiliar (and more stressful) location. I consider pets my children and care for them as if they were my own. I am grateful that I get to spend time with my client's pets, allowing pet-owners to leave knowing their furry-loves will be well cared for while they're gone. My clients have expressed their appreciation for how well-adjusted their pets are upon their return and that I've left their home in pristine condition. Every inquiry is given serious consideration. I offer a free meet-and-greet so you and your pet(s) can meet me and I can meet you. The only reasons I would not consider an inquiry is if I am already booked or if pets are not well-trained, nip, bite or are aggressive.
